حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ سَمِعَ جَابِرًا يَقُولُ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقْرَأُ فِي الظُّهْرِ بِسَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الْأَعْلَى وَنَحْوَهَا وَفِي الصُّبْحِ بِأَطْوَلَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ
English Translation
It was narrated from Jabir ibn Samura (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man who killed himself was brought to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ did not pray over him.
