English Translation
It was narrated from Jabir ibn Samura (may Allah be pleased with him) that he had witnessed the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in the mosque more than a hundred times. The companions would discuss poetry and matters of their pre-Islamic days, and the Prophet ﷺ would remain silent and occasionally smile along with them.
