حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ وَهُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي الرَّبِيع

ِ الْجُرْجَانِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ قَالَ ثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَجَمَ مَاعِزًا وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ جَلْدًا

English Translation

It was narrated from Jabir ibn Samura (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ had Ma'iz stoned, without mentioning flogging.
