Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ
سَعِيدٍ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ زِرٍّ قَالَ قَالَ لِي أُبَيٌّ إِنَّهَا لَيْلَةُ سَبْعٍ وَعِشْرِينَ وَإِنَّهَا لَهِيَ هِيَ مَا يُسْتَثْنَى بِالْآيَةِ الَّتِي حَدَّثَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَحَسَبْنَا وَعَدَدْنَا فَإِنَّهَا لَهِيَ هِيَ مَا يُسْتَثْنَى

English Translation
It was narrated from Ubayy ibn Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The prayer of a man in congregation exceeds his prayer alone by twenty-seven degrees, and a man's prayer with one other exceeds his prayer alone, and as the number increases it is more beloved to Allah, the Mighty and Majestic.'
