حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُدْرِكٍ أَخْبَرَنِي قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا زُرْعَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ خَرَشَةَ بْنِ الْحُرِّ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثَلَاثَةٌ لَا يُكَلِّمُهُمْ اللَّهُ وَلَا يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِمْ يَوْمَ
الْقِيَامَةِ وَلَا يُزَكِّيهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ قَالَ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَنْ هُمْ خَسِرُوا وَخَابُوا قَالَ فَأَعَادَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ قَالَ الْمُسْبِلُ وَالْمُنَفِّقُ سِلْعَتَهُ بِالْحَلِفِ الْكَاذِبِ أَوْ الْفَاجِرِ وَالْمَنَّانُ

English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Dharr al-Ghifari (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet ﷺ said: 'There are three whom Allah will not speak to on the Day of Resurrection, will not look at, will not purify, and for whom there is a painful punishment.' He asked: 'O Messenger of Allah, who are they? They have lost and failed.' He repeated it three times. He said: 'The one who lets his garment hang low, the one who sells his goods with false oaths, and the one who gives and then reminds of his gift.'
