حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ مِغْوَلٍ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أُتِيَ بِفَرَسٍ حِينَ انْصَرَفَ مِنْ جَنَازَةِ أَبِي الدَّحْدَاحِ فَرَكِبَ وَنَحْنُ حَوْلَهُ نَمْشِي
English Translation
It was narrated from Jabir ibn Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet ﷺ was brought a horse after he had turned away from the funeral of Abu al-Dahdah. He mounted it while we were walking around him.
