Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنِ الْمَعْرُورِ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ قَالَ سَمِعْت
ُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الصَّادِقَ الْمَصْدُوقَ يَقُولُ قَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ الْحَسَنَةُ عَشْرٌ أَوْ أَزِيدُ وَالسَّيِّئَةُ وَاحِدَةٌ أَوْ أَغْفِرُهَا فَمَنْ لَقِيَنِي لَا يُشْرِكُ بِي شَيْئًا بِقُرَابِ الْأَرْضِ خَطِيئَةً جَعَلْتُ لَهُ مِثْلَهَا مَغْفِرَةً

English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet دلوالله said: "Good deeds are multiplied tenfold, and sins are recorded as one. Allah forgives the lesser sins committed between a servant and his Lord, those which do not reach the level of the major sins, for one who has avoided the major sins."
