حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ وَاصِلٍ عَنْ الْمَعْرُورِ عَنْ أَ
بِي ذَرٍّ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِخْوَانُكُمْ جَعَلَهُمْ اللَّهُ فِتْنَةً تَحْتَ أَيْدِيكُمْ فَمَنْ كَانَ أَخُوهُ تَحْتَ يَدَيْهِ فَلْيُطْعِمْهُ مِنْ طَعَامِهِ وَلْيَكْسُهُ مِنْ لِبَاسِهِ وَلَا يُكَلِّفْهُ مَا يَغْلِبُهُ فَإِنْ كَلَّفَهُ مَا يَغْلِبُهُ فَلْيُعِنْهُ عَلَيْهِ

English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet دلوالله said: "Your servants are your brothers whom Allah has placed in your care. Whoever has a brother in his care, let him feed him from what he eats, clothe him from what he wears, and not burden him with tasks beyond his capacity. If he does burden him with such tasks, let him help him."
