حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ قَالَ شُعْبَةُ أَخْبَرَنَا عَنْ مُهَاجِرٍ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ مِنْ بَنِي تَيْمِ اللَّهِ مَوْلًى لَهُمْ قَالَ رَجَعْنَا مِنْ جَنَازَةٍ فَمَرَرْنَا بِزَيْدِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ فَحَدَّثَ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ قَالَ كُنَّا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي سَفَرٍ فَأَرَادَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ أَنْ يُؤَذِّنَ ف
َقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَبْرِدْ ثُمَّ أَرَادَ أَنْ يُؤَذِّنَ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَبْرِدْ قَالَهَا ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ قَالَ حَتَّى رَأَيْنَا فَيْءَ التُّلُولِ فَصَلَّى ثُمَّ قَالَ إِنَّ شِدَّةَ الْحَرِّ مِنْ فَيْحِ جَهَنَّمَ فَإِذَا اشْتَدَّ الْحَرُّ فَأَبْرِدُوا بِالصَّلَاةِ

English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man wanted to call the adhan when it was intensely hot, but the Prophet دلوالله said: "Wait." He said it three times until they saw the shade of the hills, then he prayed. He said: "Indeed the intensity of heat is from the breath of Hell, so when the heat is extreme, cool down before praying."
