حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ وَهَاشِمٌ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ هِلَالٍ قَالَ هَاشِمٌ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو ذَرٍّ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ الرَّجُلُ يُحِبُّ الْقَوْمَ وَلَا يَسْت
َطِيعُ أَنْ يَعْمَلَ كَعَمَلِهِمْ قَالَ أَنْتَ يَا أَبَا ذَرٍّ مَعَ مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ قُلْتُ فَإِنِّي أُحِبُّ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ قَالَ فَأَنْتَ يَا أَبَا ذَرٍّ مَعَ مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ قَالَ هَاشِمٌ قَالَهَا لَهُ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ أَنْتَ مَعَ مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ

English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man told him he could not perform deeds like those of the righteous. The Prophet دلوالله said to him: "You will be with those whom you love." Abu Dharr said: "Then I love Allah and His Messenger." And the Prophet دلوالله said three times: "You will be with those whom you love, O Abu Dharr."
