English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah دلوالله said: "There will be rulers over you who delay the prayer from its proper times. If you encounter them, pray the prayer at its proper time at home, then come to them — and if you find they have already prayed, that will count for you as supererogatory. If you find they have not prayed, pray with them and it will be a supererogatory prayer for you."
