حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي زِيَادٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ قَالَ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَ
ى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَكَلَتْنَا الضَّبُعُ قَالَ غَيْرُ ذَلِكَ أَخْوَفُ عِنْدِي عَلَيْكُمْ مِنْ ذَلِكَ أَنْ تُصَبَّ عَلَيْكُمْ الدُّنْيَا صَبًّا فَلَيْتَ أُمَّتِي لَا يَلْبَسُونَ الذَّهَبَ

English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man came to the Prophet دلوالله complaining about hardships. The Prophet دلوالله said: "I fear for you something more than that — that the world will be poured upon you as it was poured on those before you. I wish my nation would not wear gold."
