قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُصْعَبٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَخَّصَ فِي بَيْعِ الْعَرَايَا أَنْ تُبَاعَ بِخَرْصِهَا وَلَمْ يُرَخِّصْ فِي غَيْرِ ذَلِكَ
English Translation
It was narrated from Zaid ibn Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah دلوالله gave a concession for the sale of araya dates — that they be sold at their estimated weight.
