حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ قَالَ دَخَلْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْ
هِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أُبَيٍّ فِي مَرَضِهِ نَعُودُهُ فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَدْ كُنْتُ أَنْهَاكَ عَنْ حُبِّ يَهُودَ فَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ فَقَدْ أَبْغَضَهُمْ أَسْعَدُ بْنُ زُرَارَةَ فَمَاتَ

English Translation
It was narrated from Usama ibn Zayd (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: 'I entered upon Abd Allah ibn Ubayy during his illness with the Messenger of Allah ß, and the Messenger of Allah ß visited him and spoke to him. Abd Allah ibn Ubayy said: "You have preached enough. Leave us alone." The Prophet ß left. Then Abd Allah said to his son: "Go and ask him to seek forgiveness for me." So he went to the Messenger of Allah ß who then prayed for him and asked for forgiveness for him.'
