حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ أَخْبَرَنِي ثَابِتُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَصُومُ الِاثْنَيْنِ وَالْخَمِيسَ
English Translation
It was narrated from Usama ibn Zayd (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ß used to fast on Mondays and Thursdays.
