حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ عُمَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ قَالَ خَرَجْتُ حَاجًّا فَجِئْتُ حَتَّى دَخَلْتُ الْبَيْتَ فَلَمَّا كُنْتُ بَيْنَ السَّارِيَتَيْنِ مَضَيْتُ حَتَّى لَزِقْتُ بِالْحَائِطِ فَجَاءَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ فَصَلَّى إِلَى جَنْبِي فَصَلَّى أَر

ْبَعًا فَلَمَّا صَلَّى قُلْتُ لَهُ أَيْنَ صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ الْبَيْتِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ أَنَّهُ صَلَّى هَاهُنَا فَقُلْتُ كَمْ صَلَّى قَالَ هَذَا أَجِدُنِي أَلُومُ نَفْسِي أَنِّي مَكَثْتُ مَعَهُ عُمْرًا لَمْ أَسْأَلْهُ كَمْ صَلَّى ثُمَّ حَجَجْتُ مِنْ الْعَامِ الْمُقْبِلِ فَجِئْتُ حَتَّى قُمْتُ فِي مَقَامِهِ فَجَاءَ ابْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ حَتَّى قَامَ إِلَى جَنْبِي وَلَمْ يَزَلْ يُزَاحِمُنِي حَتَّى أَخْرَجَنِي مِنْهُ ثُمَّ صَلَّى فِيهِ أَرْبَعًا

English Translation

It was narrated from Usama ibn Zayd (may Allah be pleased with him) that Abu al-Sha'tha' said: 'I went on Hajj. I entered the Ka'ba and when I was between the two pillars, I went forward and pressed against the wall. Then Ibn Umar came and prayed four rak'ahs beside me. When he finished, I told him that Usama ibn Zayd had told me that the Messenger of Allah ß had prayed there.'
