حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ كُنْتُ جَالِسًا عِنْدَ أُسَامَةَ فَسُئِلَ عَنْ
Body (Matn)
مَسِيرِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حِينَ دَفَعَ مِنْ عَرَفَةَ فَقَالَ كَانَ يَسِيرُ الْعَنَقَ فَإِذَا وَجَدَ فَجْوَةً نَصَّ يَعْنِي فَوْقَ الْعَنَقِ
Isnad Chain
English Translation
It was narrated from Usama ibn Zayd (may Allah be pleased with him) that he was asked about the pace of the Prophet ß when he departed from Arafah. He said: 'He would walk at a brisk pace, and when he found open space he would go faster — at a pace faster than a brisk walk.'
