‏ ‏حَدَّثَنَا ‏ ‏عَفَّانُ ‏ ‏حَدَّثَنَا ‏ ‏شُعْبَةُ ‏ ‏أَخْبَرَنِي ‏ ‏حَكَمٌ ‏ ‏وَحَمَّادٌ ‏ ‏سَمِعَا ‏ ‏إِبْرَاهِيمَ ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْجَدَلِيِّ ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏خُزَيْمَةَ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ‏ ‏عَنْ النَّبِيِّ ‏ ‏صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ‏ ‏أَنَّهُ رَخَّصَ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ ‏ ‏وَلَيَالِيَهُنَّ لِلْمُسَافِرِ وَيَوْمًا وَلَيْلَةً لِلْمُقِيمِ ‏

English Translation

It was narrated from Khuzayma ibn Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Prophet ﷺ that he gave a concession of three days and nights for the traveler and one day and night for the resident regarding wiping over leather socks.
