‏ ‏حَدَّثَنَا ‏ ‏عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ‏ ‏حَدَّثَنَا ‏ ‏عَبْدُ اللَّهِ ‏ ‏حَدَّثَنَا ‏ ‏ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ‏ ‏حَدَّثَنِي ‏ ‏حَبَّانُ بْنُ وَاسِعٍ ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏أَبِيهِ ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ ‏ ‏وَأَبِي بَشِيرٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ ‏ ‏أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ‏ ‏صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ‏ ‏صَلَّى بِهِمْ ذَاتَ يَوْمٍ فَمَرَّتْ امْرَأَةٌ ‏ ‏بِالْبَطْحَاءِ ‏ ‏فَأَشَارَ إِلَيْهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ‏ ‏صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ‏ ‏أَنْ تَأَخَّرِي فَرَجَعَتْ حَتَّى صَلَّى ثُمَّ مَرَّتْ ‏

English Translation

It was narrated from Abdullah ibn Zayd and Abu Bashir al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded that the necklaces on the necks of camels be cut, for they were made from bows.
