Hadith #245

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنِي حَبَّانُ بْنُ وَاسِعٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ وَأَبِي بَشِيرٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَّى بِهِمْ ذَاتَ يَوْمٍ فَمَرَّتْ امْرَأَةٌ بِالْبَطْحَاءِ فَأَشَارَ إِلَيْهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ تَأَخَّرِي فَرَجَعَتْ حَتَّى صَلَّى ثُمَّ مَرَّتْ
English Translation
It was narrated from Abdullah ibn Zayd and Abu Bashir al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded that the necklaces on the necks of camels be cut, for they were made from bows.
