حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ عَنْ أ

َبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَيْرُ الشَّهَادَةِ مَا شَهِدَ بِهَا صَاحِبُهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يُسْأَلَهَا

English Translation
It was narrated from Zayd ibn Khalid al-Juhani (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: 'The Messenger of Allah ß said: "Shall I not inform you of the best of witnesses? He is the one who brings his testimony before being asked for it."'
