حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ عَنْ أَبِي قِلَا
Body (Matn)
بَةَ عَمَّنْ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ ثَوْبَانَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ أَفْضَلَ دِينَارٍ دِينَارٌ أَنْفَقَهُ رَجُلٌ عَلَى عِيَالِهِ أَوْ عَلَى دَابَّتِهِ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ أَوْ عَلَى أَصْحَابِهِ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ
Isnad Chain
English Translation
It was narrated from Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The best dinar is a dinar a man spends on his family, a dinar he spends on his riding animal in the path of Allah, or a dinar he spends on his companions in the path of Allah.'
