حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ مَعْدَانَ عَنْ ثَوْبَانَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ أَنَا بِعُقْرِ حَوْضِي يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَذُودُ عَنْ
هُ النَّاسَ لِأَهْلِ الْيَمَنِ وَأَضْرِبُهُمْ بِعَصَايَ حَتَّى يَرْفَضَّ عَنْهُمْ قَالَ قِيلَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا سَعَتُهُ قَالَ مِنْ مَقَامِي إِلَى عُمَانَ يَغُتُّ فِيهِ مِيزَابَانِ يَمُدَّانِهِ

English Translation
It was narrated from Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet ﷺ described his Hawd (Pool), saying that he would drive the people away from it for the people of Yemen and strike them with his staff until they flowed away from it. It was said to the Prophet ﷺ: 'What is its size?' He said: 'From my standing place to Oman. Two water channels pour into it to supply it.'
