حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ الْخُزَاعِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ قَيْسِ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُمْ وَجَدُوا فِي كُتُبِ أَوْ فِي كِتَابِ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَادَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ
English Translation
It was narrated from the family of Sa'd ibn 'Ubadah (may Allah be pleased with him) that they found in the writings — or in the book — of Sa'd ibn 'Ubadah that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled in favor of the oath with supporting testimony.
