حَدَّثَنَا خَلَفُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ فَائدٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ ع
َنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَادَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ غَيْرَ مَرَّةٍ وَلَا مَرَّتَيْنِ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا مِنْ أَمِيرِ عَشَرَةٍ إِلَّا يُؤْتَى بِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مَغْلُولٌ لَا يَفُكُّهُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ الْغُلِّ إِلَّا الْعَدْلُ وَمَا مِنْ رَجُلٍ قَرَأَ الْقُرْآنَ فَنَسِيَهُ إِلَّا لَقِيَ اللَّهَ يَوْمَ يَلْقَاهُ وَهُوَ أَجْذَمُ

English Translation
It was narrated from Sa'd ibn 'Ubadah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard it said more than once or twice that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'There is no leader of ten people except that he will be brought on the Day of Resurrection in chains. Nothing will free him from those chains except justice. And there is no man who reads the Quran then forgets it except that he will meet Allah on the day he meets Him maimed.'
