Hadith #196
Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ وَعَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ الْحَضْرَمِيّ
ِ عَنْ نُعَيْمِ بْنِ هَمَّارٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَبُّكُمْ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ صَلِّ لِي يَا ابْنَ آدَمَ أَرْبَعًا فِي أَوَّلِ النَّهَارِ أَكْفِكَ آخِرَهُ

English Translation
It was narrated from Nu'aym ibn Hammar (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: 'Your Lord, the Mighty and Majestic, has said: O son of Adam, pray for Me four rak'ahs at the beginning of the day; I will suffice you for the rest of it.'
