حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ عَنْ أَبِي الزَّاهِرِيّ

َةِ عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ عَنْ نُعَيْمِ بْنِ هَمَّارٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ ابْنَ آدَمَ لَا تَعْجِزْ عَنْ أَرْبَعِ رَكَعَاتٍ أَوَّلَ النَّهَارِ أَكْفِكَ آخِرَهُ

English Translation
It was narrated from Nu'aym ibn Hammar (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Prophet ﷺ say: 'O son of Adam, do not fail to perform four rak'ahs at the beginning of the day; I will suffice you for the rest of it.'
