‏ ‏حَدَّثَنَا ‏ ‏عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الثَّقَفِيُّ ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏أَيُّوبَ ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ ‏ ‏عَنِ ‏ ‏ابْنِ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏أَبِيهِ ‏ ‏أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ‏ ‏صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ‏ ‏نَهَى أَنْ يَتَنَفَّسَ فِي الْإِنَاءِ أَوْ يَمَسَّ ذَكَرَهُ بِيَمِينِهِ ‏ ‏أَوْ ‏ ‏يَسْتَطِيبَ ‏ ‏بِيَمِينِهِ ‏

English Translation

It was narrated from Abu Qatadah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet ﷺ forbade breathing into a vessel, touching one's private part with the right hand, and cleaning oneself with the right hand.
