حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ وَيَحْيَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ قَالَ حَسَنٌ فِي حَدِيثِهِ حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَب
ِي حَبِيبٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ رَبَاحٍ عَنْ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ خَيْرُ الْخَيْلِ الْأَدْهَمُ الْأَقْرَحُ الْأَرْثَمُ مُحَجَّلُ الثَّلَاثِ مُطْلَقُ الْيَمِينِ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ أَدْهَمَ فَكُمَيْتٌ عَلَى هَذِهِ الشِّيَةِ

English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Qatadah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The best horses are the black ones with a white blaze and white upper lip, with three white stockings and the right foot unmarkerd. If not black, then a chestnut with the same markings.'
