حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْقَطَّانُ عَنْ يَ

حْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ قَالَ عُبَادَةُ بْنُ الصَّامِتِ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ بَدْرِيٌّ عَقَبِيٌّ شَجَرِيٌّ وَهُوَ نَقِيبٌ

English Translation
It is noted about 'Ubadah ibn al-Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) that he was Abu al-Walid, participated in Badr, was present at al-'Aqabah, at the pledge under the tree, and was a leader (naqib).
