َتَكِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْوَتْرُ حَقٌّ فَمَنْ لَمْ يُوتِرْ فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا قَالَهَا ثَلَاثًا

English Translation
It was narrated from Buraidah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The Witr prayer is obligatory — whoever does not pray the Witr is not of us.' He said this three times.
