حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ الْحَمِيدِ صَاحِبَ الزِّيَادِيِّ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أ
َصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ دَخَلَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ يَتَسَحَّرُ فَقَالَ إِنَّهُ بَرَكَةٌ أَعْطَاكُمُوهُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ فَلَا تَدَعُوهُ

English Translation
It was narrated from a man from the Companions of the Prophet ﷺ that he entered upon the Prophet ﷺ while he was eating the pre-dawn meal. He said: 'It is a blessing that Allah Almighty has given you, so do not abandon it.'
