حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ حَدَّثَنِي يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْخَيْرِ أَنَّ جُنَادَةَ بْنَ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ رِجَالًا مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ إِنَّ الْهِجْرَةَ قَدْ انْقَطَعَتْ
فَاخْتَلَفُوا فِي ذَلِكَ قَالَ فَانْطَلَقْتُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ أُنَاسًا يَقُولُونَ إِنَّ الْهِجْرَةَ قَدْ انْقَطَعَتْ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ الْهِجْرَةَ لَا تَنْقَطِعُ مَا كَانَ الْجِهَادُ

English Translation
It was narrated from Junadah ibn Abi Umayyah that men from the Companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ disputed, with some saying that hijrah had ended. So he went to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said: 'O Messenger of Allah, some people say that hijrah has ended.' The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Hijrah does not end as long as the enemy is fought.'
