‏ ‏حَدَّثَنَا ‏ ‏سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏مَنْصُورٍ ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏أَبِي وَائِلٍ ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏حُذَيْفَةَ ‏ ‏أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ‏ ‏صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ‏ ‏كَانَ ‏ ‏إِذَا قَامَ مِنْ اللَّيْلِ ‏ ‏يَشُوصُ ‏ ‏فَاهُ بِالسِّوَاكِ ‏

English Translation

It was narrated from Hudhayfa ibn al-Yaman (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet ﷺ used to, when he rose in the night, clean his mouth with the siwak.
