حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ قَالَ بَلَغَهُ أَنَّ أَبَا مُوسَى كَانَ يَبُولُ فِي قَارُورَةٍ وَيَقُولُ إِنَّ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ كَانُوا إِذَا أَصَابَ أَحَدَهُمْ الْبَوْلُ قَرَضَ مَكَانَهُ قَالَ حُذَيْفَةُ وَدِدْتُ أَنَّ صَاحِبَكُمْ لَا يُشَدِّدُ هَذَا التّ
َشْدِيدَ لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُنِي نَتَمَاشَى مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَانْتَهَيْنَا إِلَى سُبَاطَةٍ فَقَامَ يَبُولُ كَمَا يَبُولُ أَحَدُكُمْ فَذَهَبْتُ أَتَنَحَّى عَنْهُ فَقَالَ ادْنُهْ فَدَنَوْتُ مِنْهُ حَتَّى كُنْتُ عِنْدَ عَقِبِهِ
Isnad Chain
English Translation
It was narrated from Hudhayfa ibn al-Yaman (may Allah be pleased with him) that it reached him that Abu Musa used to urinate in a bottle, saying the Children of Israel used to cut out the spot where urine fell on them. Hudhayfa said: 'I wish your companion would not be so strict about this. I witnessed myself walking with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and we came to a rubbish heap. He stood urinating as one of you would urinate. I went to move away from him and he said: Come close.'
