حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا سَالِمٌ الْمُرَادِيُّ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ هَرِمٍ الْأَزْدِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ورِبْعِيِّ بْ
نِ حِرَاشٍ عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ قَالَ بَيْنَا نَحْنُ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنِّي لَسْتُ أَدْرِي مَا قَدْرُ بَقَائِي فِيكُمْ فَاقْتَدُوا بِاللَّذَيْنِ مِنْ بَعْدِي يُشِيرُ إِلَى أَبِي بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا وَاهْدُوا هَدْيَ عَمَّارٍ وَعَهْدَ ابْنِ أُمِّ عَبْدٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا

English Translation
It was narrated from Hudhayfa (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: 'While we were with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ he said: "I do not know how long I will remain among you. Follow the two who come after me" — and he pointed to Abu Bakr and Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) — "and follow the guidance of Ammar and the covenant of Ibn Umm Abd (may Allah be pleased with them)."'
