English Translation
It was narrated from Buraidah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Allah, the Almighty, loves four among my companions — He informed me that He loves them and commanded me to love them.' They asked: 'Who are they, O Messenger of Allah?' He said: 'Among them is 'Ali, Abu Dharr al-Ghifari, Salman al-Farisi, and al-Miqdad ibn al-Aswad al-Kindi.'
