حَدَّثَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ عَنْ ضَمْضَمِ بْنِ زُرْعَةَ عَنْ شُرَيْحِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ أَنَّ أَبَا رُهْمٍ السَّمَعِيَّ كَانَ يُحَدِّثُ أَنَّ أَبَا أَيُّوبَ الْأَنْصَارِيَّ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقُولُ إِنَّ كُلَّ صَلَاةٍ تَحُطُّ مَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهَا مِنْ خَطِيئَةٍ
English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Ayyub al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet ﷺ used to say: 'Indeed, every prayer wipes away the sins that preceded it.'
