Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ ابْنُ أَخِي أَنَسٍ عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ مَا نَدْرِي كَيْفَ نَصْنَعُ بِكَرَابِيسِ
مِصْرَ وَقَدْ نَهَانَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ نَسْتَقْبِلَ الْقِبْلَتَيْنِ وَنَسْتَدْبِرَهُمَا و قَالَ هَمَّامٌ يَعْنِي الْغَائِطَ وَالْبَوْلَ

English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Ayyub al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: We do not know how to handle the latrines of Egypt, for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade us to face either of the two qiblas or to turn our backs to them — meaning when relieving oneself.
