حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ شُرَيْحٍ الْحَارِثِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِعَائِشَةَ هَلْ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَبْدُو قَالَتْ نَعَمْ كَانَ يَبْد
ُو إِلَى هَذِهِ التِّلَاعِ فَأَرَادَ الْبَدَاوَةَ مَرَّةً فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَى نَعَمٍ مِنْ إِبِلِ الصَّدَقَةِ فَأَعْطَانِي مِنْهَا نَاقَةً مُحَزَّمَةً ثُمَّ قَالَ لِي يَا عَائِشَةُ عَلَيْكِ بِتَقْوَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَالرِّفْقِ فَإِنَّ الرِّفْقَ لَمْ يَكُ فِي شَيْءٍ قَطُّ إِلَّا زَانَهُ وَلَمْ يُنْزَعْ مِنْ شَيْءٍ قَطُّ إِلَّا شَانَهُ

English Translation
It was narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave her a camel from the sadaqah camels and said: 'O Aisha, adhere to God-consciousness and be gentle, for gentleness never enters into anything except that it beautifies it, and it is never removed from anything except that it mars it.'
