English Translation
It was narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Any woman who marries without the permission of her guardian — her marriage is void. If he consummated the marriage, she receives her dowry for what he has taken from her. And if they dispute, then the authority is the guardian of one who has no guardian.'
