Hadith #31

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا أَيُّوبُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ حُوسِبَ
يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عُذِّبَ قَالَتْ فَقُلْتُ أَلَيْسَ قَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ { فَسَوْفَ يُحَاسَبُ حِسَابًا يَسِيرًا } قَالَ لَيْسَ ذَلِكَ بِالْحِسَابِ وَلَكِنَّ ذَلِكَ الْعَرْضُ مَنْ نُوقِشَ الْحِسَابَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عُذِّبَ
Isnad Chain
English Translation
It was narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that she said: 'I said: Is it not that Allah said: "Then he will receive an easy reckoning"?' He said: 'That is not the reckoning. That is merely the presentation. Whoever is subjected to a thorough reckoning on the Day of Resurrection will be punished.'
