حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ
إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا حِضْتُ يَأْمُرُنِي فَأَتَّزِرُ ثُمَّ يُبَاشِرُنِي وَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَغْتَسِلُ أَنَا وَهُوَ مِنْ إِنَاءٍ وَاحِدٍ وَنَحْنُ جُنُبَانِ وَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُخْرِجُ رَأْسَهُ إِلَيَّ وَهُوَ مُعْتَكِفٌ فَأَغْسِلُهُ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ

English Translation
It was narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that she said: "When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was with me while I was menstruating, he would command me to tie on my lower garment and he would then be intimate with me. He and I also used to bathe from a single vessel when we were both in a state of ritual impurity. And he used to lean his head out to me while in i'tikaf for me to wash it, while I was menstruating."
