English Translation

It was narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to begin the prayer with takbir and the recitation of 'Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds.' When he bowed, he would neither raise his head nor lower it but keep it level. When he raised his head from bowing, he would not prostrate until he was standing upright. When he raised his head from prostration, he would not prostrate again until he was sitting fully upright.
