حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى وَابْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ قَالَ ابْنُ جَعْفَرٍ سَمِعْتُ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ خَمْسٌ يَقْتُلُهُنَّ الْمُحْرِمُ الْحَيَّةُ وَالْفَأْرَ
ةُ وَالْغُرَابُ الْأَبْقَعُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ قَالَ ابْنُ جَعْفَرٍ يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحِلِّ وَالْحَرَمِ حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ جَعْفَرٍ سَوَاءٍ قَالَ الْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ وَقَالَ ابْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْعَقُورُ

English Translation
It was narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ named five creatures as harmful and said they may be killed in both the sanctified zone and outside it: the kite, the crow with a white streak, the kite, and the biting dog.
