حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِمْرَانَ الْحَجَبِيُّ سَمِعَ

هُ مِنْ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ شَيْبَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا أَحَلَّ اسْمِي وَحَرَّمَ كُنْيَتِي أَوْ مَا حَرَّمَ كُنْيَتِي وَأَحَلَّ اسْمِي

English Translation
It was narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'What makes my name lawful yet makes my kunya forbidden — or what makes my kunya forbidden yet makes my name lawful?' — meaning it is not permissible to combine both the name Muhammad and the kunya Abu al-Qasim.
