Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا عُرْوَةُ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ا
لْبَزَّازُ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا اغْتَسَلَ مِنْ الْجَنَابَةِ بَدَأَ فَتَوَضَّأَ وُضُوءَهُ لِلصَّلَاةِ وَغَسَلَ فَرْجَهُ وَقَدَمَيْهِ وَمَسَحَ يَدَهُ بِالْحَائِطِ ثُمَّ أَفَاضَ عَلَيْهِ الْمَاءَ فَكَأَنِّي أَرَى أَثَرَ يَدِهِ فِي الْحَائِطِ

English Translation
It was narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that she said: 'When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ bathed from ritual impurity, he would begin by performing ablution as for prayer, wash his private parts and feet, and wipe his hand on the wall. Then he would pour water over himself — and I could see the trace of his hand on the wall.'
