حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَاد

َةَ عَنْ مُعَاذَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ مُرْنَ أَزْوَاجَكُنَّ أَنْ يَغْسِلُوا عَنْهُمْ أَثَرَ الْغَائِطِ وَالْبَوْلِ فَإِنِّي أَسْتَحْيِيهِمْ وَإِنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَدْ كَانَ يَفْعَلُهُ

English Translation
It was narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) through Mu'adhah that she said: 'Order your husbands to wash themselves after relieving themselves and urinating — for I feel shy telling them this directly — and indeed the Prophet ﷺ used to do this.'
