English Translation

It was narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that Zaynab bint Jahsh suffered from prolonged bleeding in the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded her to take a full bath before each prayer. She would enter a basin filled with water and immerse herself in it — until the water would be reddened.
