Chain of Narration (Isnad)
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ
Body (Matn)
سَوْدَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَتْ مَاتَتْ شَاةٌ لَنَا فَدَبَغْنَا مَسْكَهَا فَمَا زِلْنَا نَنْبِذُ بِهِ حَتَّى صَارَ شَنًّا
Isnad Chain
English Translation
It was narrated from Sawda, wife of the Prophet ﷺ (may Allah be pleased with her), that she said: "One of our sheep died, and we tanned its hide. We continued to use it for soaking until it wore out completely."
