حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ يَعْنِي ابْنَ كُهَيْلٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيّ

ِ عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ فِي الْمُطَلَّقَةِ ثَلَاثًا لَيْسَ لَهَا سُكْنَى وَلَا نَفَقَةٌ

English Translation

It was narrated from Fatima bint Qays (may Allah be pleased with her) from the Prophet ﷺ that he said regarding a woman who has been divorced with a triple divorce: "She is entitled to neither accommodation nor maintenance."
